Do you mean we're actually supposed to believe that every pollster in America got it wrong? Maybe it was the Bradley effect, as when former Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley ran for governor and the polls said he would win, but the truth be known White Californians didn't walk their talk.
I choose to take the high road for now and believe that Barack Obama needed to bring it during the debates. It's all about the Benjamins ---if we are to believe the exit polls that say the economy ranked highest in importance for Democrats. It's time for all the candidates to tell the American people what and how they are going to fix this hot mess-- skyrocketing oil prices, credit crisis, inflation and dare I say recession.
Barack Obama, the devil is in the details and if you are going to get your groove back, you need to set the big vision and plateaus aside for now and tell folks what you are going to do. As an accomplished attorney, it's time to make your case to the most important jury of all -- the American electorate--and the issue that matters most.

This is a pivotal time in our history. African Americans, collectively have the opportunity to lay a new foundation for future generations with election of Obama as President. We know that change will not occur in one day nor will it occur within one calendar year by electing Obama. However, we must start somewhere. Older and younger generations of African Americans especially, can and will make this happen.

Ok, I think it's time to get serious. We really need to look at all THREE candidates and be HONEST! I like Barack Obama as a person. I think he is a very intelligent man and great role model for black men nationwide. However, the man is not PREPARED to run this country!
If you really think about it and ask yourself.... what is his political platform? HE DOESN'T HAVE ONE! He has gone back and forth and stayed middle of the road this entire primary while, Sen.Clinton and Sen. Edwards have CLEARLY STATED what they WILL do when they get into office.
I'm a recent college graduate that is currently going through most of the issues that they are debating.
1.Corporate Tax Breaks= Corporations moving abroad.
2.Corporations moving abroad= Limited Jobs in the U.S
3.Limited Jobs in the U.S= Lower paying jobs for QUALIFIED individuals.
4.Lower paying jobs= Bad economy
5.Bad economy= inflations
6.Inflation= ridiculous price increases that most people can't afford because THEY DON'T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY!
I don't have the time to vote for Barack Obama JUST because he's a black man with a vast vocabulary. I need change for MY FUTURE!
As of right now, Hillary Clinton has my vote because she has a PLATFORM AND A PLAN for the future of this country and is willing to stand on it! When Obama gets one, then I might have a change of heart.

Although Obama wasn't the one who broke the economy, but I'm sure he has a better chance of fixing it than Hillary.
One example is the issue of health care.
Hillary's and Edward's "universal health care" is going to tax the American people up to the WAZOO! Every country that has universal health care-- Britain, France, Germany, etc--they all pay outrages taxes. Obama's plan for AFFORDABLE health care is an ingenious idea. Let's face it, if universal health care is offered in this country, every illegal alien (with the taxes paid out of the American's pockets) will suck it down or overload the health care industry, and NO American will have access.
A VOTE FOR UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE IS A VOTE FOR OUTRAGEOUS TAXES. REMEMBER THAT!
Obama is wise to avoid that "universal health care" nonsense. It will bleed the Americans dry and overload our health care industry. Smart, thinking, pro-American, Christian man. That is Obama! 08'

Spreading lies and/or stretching stories on Barack doesn't endear me to Hillary in the least. It only shows that she's good at LYING! But then again, that's what you expect from a "Goldwater Girl."
Unfortunately for Bill, his wife is going to ruin his legacy as one of the greatest presidents that ever held office. Have you noticed, Bill doesn’t look too happy these days. Anyone looking at his face can see that he’s miserable . . . just going through the motions to please Hillary. It’s so transparent.
My heart truly goes out to Bill, but we (African-Americans) still hold him with esteem. We understand the pressure he is getting from Hillary, and we won’t hold him accountable for her silly actions.
