We've continuously discussed the financial situation wtih Michael Jackson, as well as that for his children. There are excellent learning points within this tragedy to help all of us understand concepts such as estate planning and family complications induced by death. Listen to the conversation we have with legal analyst Elliot Millner about the Michael Jackson will. The estate is being heavily contested, and as of today, it was determined that Michael Jackson's mother will no longer have control.
It is also yet to be determined if the will is valid, as one of the mothers of Jackson's children has communicated that she may challenge the family for custody.
