Jonny- Don't know her so I'm not sticking up for her in a personal way. In a business view, there are so many different types of comedians. More if not all poke fun of others. I'm not Jewish but you made that comment and that's not politically correct, if that is your true argument but I think you took it too personally and I can understand why. Is making fun or insulting people with HIV, or are jewish (as you did but out of anger)or are too fat (whose health can be in danger) or too skinny (same deal),alcoholics(or just people when they are drunk), other celebrities, and so on really that bad? Is it nice, no but that's what a lot of comedians do. That's kind of their job. So, don't take that comment or not so nice "joke" to heart. She could possibly have a friend with HIV, who knows! Their material usually comes from what they know and then they exaggerate about it. They all do that. I'm sure she makes fun of all types of people and situations.

thats very nice of oprah to honor these special people, especially the unsung heroes who often and almost a;ll of the time goes without any kind of notice at all and its time that someone steps up to the plate and do what oprah has done that is very, good oprah it just goes to show that not only do you give back but you care about our people and thats very heart warming, you will be blessed for your acts of kindness.

Oprah is a menace to society. She supports vile morals hidden behind the appearance of 'good'. She needs to be taken off the air.

Sarah Silverman "a genius?" Unless there's a new meaning for the word "genius," I think the standard meaning does NOT apply to that "legend-in-her-own-mind" Silverman! She is anything BUT! I look foward to the day when she will be, at most, a tough question on some future version of Trivial Pursuit..."

Who cares what Oprah thinks. She is an idiot playing on the shallowness of the American population which absolutely loves anything that is a mile wide and an inch deep. DUH!

Being a woman who doesn't spend her time watching court, talk or game shows I think Oprah is one very scary woman.
What makes some women hang onto every word she says? Don't they have their own lives and opinions? Who the heck cares about another list?
What profits a person to have all this power?
that isn't what life is about.

I agree with you, Oprah scares me. Anytime that one person can express their view on something and all of the sudden it is what everyone needs or has to have???? Her book club is a prime example. If she endorses your book, it will fly off of the shelf. Anyone with this much influence over a massive amount of people is truly scary.

Who are Rush, O'Reilly, Hannity and Beck? But some people sure seem to believe everything they say and take their marching orders from them.
