Everybody is looking for the ad for Walmart Black Friday 2009 Deals. But has the Walmart Black Friday ad been released yet? Leading Black Friday ad site black-friday.net states the "2009 Walmart Black Friday ad has not been released yet," and similar sites with Black Friday ads and coupons say the same thing. But it seems that some deals have in fact leaked out, according to many major blogs:
Walmart Black Friday 2009 Deals: The Best of the Leaked Deals
Walmart's Black Friday 2009 Deals: BlackBerry Smartphones
"The big box retailer plans to offer the AT&T Curve 8310 for free and the Bold 9000 for $78.88. Sprint's Curve 8330 will also be offered for free while T-Mobile's Curve 8520 and its Pearl 8120 Black Emerald have a price tag of $28.88. Walmart's Verizon offerings include the Blackberry Storm for $48.88 and the Blackberry Tour for $148.88. The latter isn't much of a savings considering Verizon offers it for $149.99 with a BOGO promo." (gadgetell.com)
Wal-Mart Black Friday 2009 Deals: HP notebook
"WalMart began its Black Friday deals last week when it offered the HP notebook for $298 or a 42" HDTV for $498. Next Saturday, Walmart opens its early Black Friday deals with discounts of the new BlackBerry smartphone. You can purchase a new BlackBerry smartphone on a two year agreement and you will receive a free $100 Walmart gift card. Other BlackBerry smartphones Walmart will be offering: Curve 8310 with a Walmart price of $0 while on AT&T it would cost $99 after a $100 mail in rebate. Bold 9000 at $78.88 from Walmart while AT&T sells for $199.99 after the same $100 rebate." (The Composed Gentlemen)
Those are the Walmart Black Friday 2009 Deals that have been leaked for now (overlap of information provided to give you a fuller idea of the Walmart smart phone deals). But why all the fuss? Are people that desperate to save? Plus, how will Walmart cope with all the demand when their Black Friday 2009 ads are finally released -- and worse, when people bum rush the stores?
We all remember the unfortunate death that occurred in a previous Walmart Black Friday stampede. This year, in anticipation of massive hordes seeking Black Friday 2009 Deals, "Walmart has changed the focus of its deals by implementing a 24 hour open policy and organized lines staffed by employees for the items most desired" (media-newswire.com).
Walmart also released the following statement:
"We are committed to looking for ways to make our stores even safer for our customers and associates this holiday season.... [We are] confident our customers can look forward to a safe and enjoyable shopping experience at Wal-Mart."
Following the leak of these Walmart Black Friday 2009 Deals, I am sure that the world is even more eagerly awaiting the official word from Walmart. Get prepared to do battle for huge savings.

Larry is probably one of the idiots who mowed down that poor Walmart security guard last year, in hopes of getting his filthy hands on that "good old" LCD T.V.
I urge that you do us all a favor and DO NOT procreate....

sweeety..its don't have anything to do with race..it because the stores open and the sales starts over in the early mornings. Some stores open and start at midnight. People ususally get up and are out at 3 a.m -5a.m...which at that time its still dark outside and very early and race to get the deals beacuse the early bird good deals end normally at 11:a.m get it !!!

I've always thought it was called black Friday because through the year stores would be in the red (debt) and on black Friday they would get out of the red and into the black (out of debt). It is about money and not race.
