God In Me
Most people DO think that money, cars, homes, clothes, and even bling is a sin. Well, not me. I tend to think that God wants and intends for me what I want and intend for myself. That is one of the many reasons we have free will. [Brown Sista]

Unfortunately, in todays financial market option 3 is probably the most sensible. If you can;t afford current payment now, Chapter 13 is out of the question because you have to make those payments through the plan and prove enough income to do so over 5 years. Paying a reinstatement amount will stop the foreclosure for the time being, but you will end up back in the same position in a few months with nothing saved to start fresh with. I'm in Michigan and we are in the sewer as far as home values and sales and the job market is so bad you may not even find a second job in a fast food place. Take the loss, as hard as it is to swallow, and move on......

Iwas wondering if Will.iam had it in his heart to help another family in need of assistance with a mortgage payment my company is willing to settle for 7,000 dollars and we can't even come up with that. Due to cuts in pay and other obstacles. I wish I to could be debt free. It would greatly help my very low income family. Thanks for any response.
