If the estate had not given her an allowance, then she would be broke now if she got a lump sum from the estate. I can understand where Katherine is coming from because I'm a mother of eight. Most mother's want the best for their children, even their adult children. But I also know when to stop. I wish Katherine well because she has got a lot on her plate to deal with. $26,000 sounds like a lot of money to most but with the upkeep of that house as well as other obligations that we may not be aware of, I'm sure she goes through that money pretty fast.
